We learn how to not pay per click for three years. I know how to do this, you probably can figure it out. One thing for sure is that the actual keywords are very very important when it comes to your marketing.
Oil and gas investors are the core of my business. In the beginning, 90% of my people were oil and gas people that were selling leads and buying leads from me. Since the price took a big dump, a lot of these guys last year went out of business, slow resurges coming back.
I’m gonna tell you what. I used to have 90% oil and gas guys, I’m lucky to have 10% now. They took a real road beating. It slowed the business down dramatically. Now, with Trump and the regulation of the energy and the pipelines and everything that we see going in, it affords the craziness going on. I think last my check rolled for $70 a barrel. Oil and gas investors were back in demand again.
Our guys are qualified, they’re accredited, $45,000 to $50,000 minimum. I’ve got something quarter million minimum with five billion investible assets of the big dogs. We sell them at 5,000 $0.50, 2,500 at $1,250 minimum, and you get 125 big dogs for every $1,250 that you spend with us.
By the way, oil and gas is vertical. If it’s going in gas lead and it’s in oil and gas deal that you have, then you have what’s called a vertical. My job is not to sell the vertical, my job is to find you, the accredited investor with liquid has the money and it’s interested. Sometimes, you can find that vertical, but guess what, oil and gas is the most common lead that we have. Almost 60 70% of our database happens to be oil and gas.
