Hi, everybody. John Fischer. Welcome to http://AccreditedInvestors.net. You know, we’ve been getting a lot of calls for “real estate investor leads” or “real estate investor lists”. You know, it’s funny; they got ‘list’, ‘lists’, ‘lead’, ‘leads’. Lead is singular; lists is plural. It’s all the same thing. Real estate investor leads. I would much rather you use the keyword ‘accredited real estate investor leads’ but, let’s talk what is a real estate investor lead. He’s a guy who buys either real estate flat out, the whole property, or he participates in partnerships, such as a private-placement.
We sell accredited investors. Accredited investors have at least $200,000 income the last two years, have at least a $1 million net-worth, not including their home, have experience in managing their personal portfolio. We actually have a file of, not only people that requested information about real estate private-placements, but they’ve also– I have a client list with maybe two hundred names that’s dynamite. It’s cooling off right now. I sold it a couple times. Maybe in a month it will be available. By the way, today is February the 20th. The real estate leads—The private-placement ones, the PP Cremas, they’re like $50,000 guys, so I don’t know if they’re gonna be able to flat out buy a property. They’re good for partnerships. But if you’re looking for a guy that’ll buy a building, a strip mall, or buy a nice house, the Big Dogs, which are qualified accredited investors, those guys are liquid minimum quarter million; they have at least $5 million in investable assets.
So, remember, if you’re looking to bring people into a real estate partnership, the PPCremas are just fine; those are the dollar leads. If you’re looking for a guy to buy the whole property outright, and have a guy that’s not involved in a partnership- he’s buying the whole damn building- you wanna go with the Big Dogs. Big Dogs have their own website- bigdogs.tv. They’re the best leads in the country. And, if you have any additional questions, please call me, John Fischer: 561-981-8777. Have a beautiful day, and God bless. By the way, that little tone means one of you is on my website right now. Have a nice day. http://AccreditedInvestors.net 800-590-5323
One is a real estate investor or a real estate agent who has properties he wants to sell outright. There’s only one lead I have for that, and that’s the Big Dogs. And, by the way, the Big Dogs have their own website, bigdogs.tv.
The Big Dogs are business owners that have been surveyed. They have $250,000 in liquid risk capital, have at least $5 million in investable assets. They’re not just an accredited investor, they’re what we call a qualified accredited investor, and these guys are really good. Matter of fact, if you look at our testimonials on this website, you’ll see different people from a diversity of different types of investments that have scored big.
So, the only lead I have where you’re selling a property, $150,000, $200,000, $300,000, $1 million, whatever it is, you ask for the Big Dogs. They’re $5 a piece. For every $1,000 you spend, you get another 100 for free. You average out around $3 and change per lead, best lead in the industry. And they’re business-to-business, so they’re exempt from the do-not-call.
If you have…$5 a piece. If you have any questions…$1,000 minimum, no samples. If you have any questions, give me a call, 561-981-8777. Thanks for your time.
Real Estate Investment Opportunities are becoming more and more prevalent since the market reached historic lows in 2009. As a result, accredited investors have more opportunities for investment than they have in recent years, and real estate investor leads have become very popular. While the real estate investment market is not close to what it was in the early 2000’s, many investors have noticed the resurgence of the industry and real estate investments are only expected to increase.
Currently, over three quarters of $1 million net worth investors count real estate investments among their portfolios, and real estate is poised to be the #1 investment opportunity for 2014 (src). This creates good and bad news for companies creating private offerings in this market. While more accredited investors are eager to invest in real estate private placements, there is also more competition from competing offerings. While you’re wasting your time cold-calling generic investor lists, a competing company could easily close an accredited investor that would have jumped on your investment. With such a small fraction of investors meeting the SEC’s criteria for accreditation, every minute counts. You need to be sure you’re reaching the right investors before your competitors do.
Our Real Estate Leads consist of Accredited Investors who have previously invested in residential and commercial investment opportunities. These investors are interested in a variety of real estate offerings, from land development deals to residential “house-flipping” projects. Many of these investors also invest in indirect real estate opportunities, such as Real Estate Investment Trusts and both Commercial and Residential Real Estate Hedge Funds. If you are planning a large-scale investment deal, these are the only investors who have the finances and real estate experience to invest with you.
