Database is name, address, and phone numbers usually excel, ASCII format comma delimited. An accredited investor is a person that makes at least $200,000 a year for the last 2 years, $300,000 combined, million net worth not including his own, experience in managing his personal portfolio. My leads are vetted. The actual broker dealer who’s trying to sell an oil and gas type lead, he goes ahead and he asked that question, but I just – the definition I just read to you, he asked him, hey, is 25 to $50,000 comfortable entry-level, the guy says, ‘’yes’’ and they mail private placement memorandum.
