We’ve been in business 30 years, we have an A+ rating, this is our 38th year by the way. A+ rating, I’m a one-man operation as far as sales go. I’ve given up on sales people. I feel sorry for you guys, it’s really really hard finding good sales people. We could call on ourselves, we’ve been make so much money. It’s terrible. I feel the same because the lead is really as good as the salesman that call. It’s not a capa, you know what. I’m telling you the bad habits… I mean it’s just not like it used to be. It’s like people sitting there and telling you like they give you a report. This guy has been dead for seven years, this guy has got a mall on his left austral. It’s like ridiculous. Investor leads, that’s what we do. On the oil and gas side and on the private placement area side, everyone I met have been vetted by a broker dealer accredited investor make at least 200,000 a year for the last two years, 300,000 combined. They ask them do you have at least a million dollar net worth not including your home is 25 to 50,000 comfortable entry level. Do you have 25 to 50,000 liquid risk capital and they sell them on private placement memorandum. That’s a pretty good lead, very good lead. You say this John you’re selling NG paper, what’s up with that? NG paper, I’m gonna tell you what’s up with that. 20% are the brokers 80% the business. The problem is that 80% of that papers never been closed properly, and trust me as a broker myself, when I used to go into a place, I used to say hey, I own all the NG paper after 60 days. Let them kill themselves prospect guy just because they don’t know how to close them, that’s not my problem. Then I go in hit them, get the objection over comment not over comment and kick ass. They would hate me. I would just open a ball these guys that they try to close and they couldn’t close, that’s just the way it is. The investor leads we have, we also have clients. That’s the best for me. A guy who over checked before wanna check again. Let’s talk about prices, 50 cents apiece, 2,000 minimum, that’s a $1,000. The do not call, if you have a stand number, I’ll scrub for free, if you don’t have a stand number, I’ll get you one for free but you pay for the yearly cost. If you don’t want to get a stand number, you’ll sign the indemnity. I will not cross the line of scrubbing leads for you if you don’t have a stand number. I won’t sell you Pennsylvania Montana South Dakota North Dakota Hawaii. Traditionally really over regulated states trouble maker states, and you could now add California. They got brand new law, they want me to register pay them, and they want me to allow people California to opt in to be able to see, A I have their information, and B, they have they opportunity to opt up. Guess what California, kiss my ass, I’m throwing every Californian investor I have and the garbage. You have to worry about me. Good bye that’s it, end of the story. If you’re doing real estate, I’ve got a dynamite real estate database. If you’re doing tech, I got great stuff. The majority of my stuff happens to be oil and gas. Tell me what kind of a program you’re doing. Let’s try to get you as close as possible geographically. For instance, if you’re doing a green deal, you wanna be in a green state. If you’re doing a marijuana deal, you wanna really sell the area where marijuana deals are legit and they’re recognize.
