What’s Important When Searching for
Qualified Real Estate Investment Leads?
Welcome to AccreditedInvestors.net. We’ve been getting a lot of calls for “real estate investor leads” or “real estate investor lists“. You know, it’s funny; they got ‘list’, ‘lists’, ‘lead’, ‘leads’. Lead is singular; lists is plural. Nonetheless, it’s all the same thing. Unfortunately, the phrase “real estate investor leads” isn’t specific enough to produce the right type of leads . You will get better results by adding the word “accredited” creating a long tail keyword “accredited real estate investor leads“. Anyhow, let’s talk about, “What is a real estate investor lead?“. He’s a guy who buys either real estate flat out, the whole property, or he participates in partnerships, such as a private placement.
Accredited + Real Estate Investor = Better Leads
We sell accredited investors leads. Accredited investors have generated at least $200,000 in income the last two years; he has at least a $1 million net-worth (not including his home) and has experience in managing his own personal portfolio. Right now, we actually have a file of of people that requested information about real estate private placements. I have a client list with maybe two hundred names that’s dynamite. It’s cooling off right now. I sold it a couple times. Maybe in a month it will be available. By the way, today is February the 20th, 2017. The real estate leads—The private-placement ones – we call them PPCremas (“PP” for Private Placement and “Crema” for Cream of the Crop). The PPCremas, they’re like $50,000 guys, so I don’t know if they’re gonna be able to flat out buy a property, but they’re good for partnerships. But if you’re looking for a guy that’ll buy a building, a strip mall, or buy a nice house, those are what we call “The Big Dogs“, which are qualified accredited investors. Those guys are liquid minimum quarter million; they have at least $5 million in investable assets.

So, remember, if you’re looking to bring people into a real estate partnership, the PPCremas are just fine; those are the dollar leads. If you’re looking for a guy to buy the whole property outright, and have a guy that’s not involved in a partnership – he’s buying the whole damn building – you wanna go with The Big Dogs.
