Welcome to Accredited Investors, we have been in business for 30+ years specializing in accredited investor leads. We have a variety of lead lists to choose from, but today we are going to talk about stock broker leads.
What is an accredited investor?
The definition of an “accredited investor” varies depending on the jurisdiction, but generally, it is someone who has a net worth of $1 million or more.
There are other qualifications that an investor needs to fulfill to qualify as accredited. The most important one is that the investor should be able to show that they have the financial wherewithal to understand and evaluate their finances and investments without help or advice from another person and invest based on this information and whether they think the investment is a good idea.
What is a stock broker lead?
A stock broker lead is an investor who has made a purchase of securities (stock or bonds) in the past 12 months or has become interested in the securities in the last 12 months.
Who are they good for?
Broker leads are an excellent source for investors interested in buying stocks who don’t qualify as accredited because the threshold to become accredited is $1 million or more. Broker leads can also be very helpful for investors who plan on heading into retirement, investing in real estate, investing in precious metals or any other investment that requires them to qualify as accredited.
Where can I find stock broker leads?
Stock broker leads can be found in a variety of ways, here are a few examples:
Your own securities clients – By periodically checking in with your clients and asking them what other types of investments they might be interested in learning about you may strike gold by uncovering someone who fits the above criteria.
