Let’s get back to the website. Accreditedinvestorleads.com, accredited investor lists, accredited investor leads. What’s a list? A list is a number of leads. What’s a lead? A lead is John Smith, 123 Main Street, Chicago, Illinois, 33333. It’s the information, first name, last name, address, city, ZIP, and phone number. That’s what a lead looks like. A list is a number of those people, which creates a list.
Whenever you talk to a list broker and you specifically go into Google and you punch in the search box, you’ll punch in, if you’re looking for one guy, which is pretty crazy. What’s an accredited investor list or lead? An accredited investor is a person that has at least a $200,000 income for the last 2 years, has $300,000 combined, has at least a million net worth not including his home, and has experience in managing his personal portfolio. That’s the SEC rule of what an accredited investor is. An accredited investor lead is one person that meets that criteria. An accredited investor list or lists is a number of those people that meet that criteria. Remember next time you go to Google, Bing, or Yahoo, or wherever you put that search engine, make sure you specify exactly what it is you’re looking for.
